I've been taking pictures for over 15 years. I've studied at the Art Institutes of Colorado and in Houston. In 2000, I began working as a photojournalist for a large media company that owned several newspapers in the Northwest and Mid-West, covering numerous sports and community events. All that fast paced work was perfect training for keeping up with my new favorite subjects...children and pets.
Most recently, my creative energy has been focused toward becoming a published children's book author and working on my own greeting card line.
I want my pictures to tell a story, make people laugh or even just appreciate how beautiful something as simple as a child sleeping can be. I enjoy working and take pleasure in other people enjoying my photos...I hope you enjoy my images. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
